Travel Modern provides complimentary hotel bookings for stays at hotels or resorts that amount to $500 USD or more per reservation or last for two nights or longer. In cases where the stay falls short of the minimum expenditure or duration criteria, we may opt to impose a non-refundable booking fee of $25 USD per reservation.

The Travel Modern hotel booking service is particularly beneficial for clients aiming to capitalize on our exclusive partnerships with participating hotels and resorts. It’s important to note that this service does not encompass research, comparisons of hotels or prices, or concierge-style reservations.

When using our cost-free hotel booking service, which is applicable to stays meeting the qualifying spend or duration prerequisites, we allow a single price adjustment or reservation change. Any further changes or price adjustments will incur a non-refundable booking or service fee of $25.

Is There A Minimum Stay Requirements For STEP Reservations?

Certain brands, including 21c, 25hours, Angasna, Banyan Tree, MGallery, Mondrian, Movenpick, Pullman, and Sofitel, stipulate that Accor STEP benefits necessitate a minimum 2-night stay.

Please be aware that if a reservation falls below $500 USD or doesn’t extend for at least two nights, a non-refundable booking fee of $25 USD will apply.
