Do You Charge A Booking Fee?
At Travel Modern, we extend the privilege of complimentary hotel bookings for stays at hotels or resorts valued at $500 USD or more per reservation or spanning two nights or longer. In cases where reservations fall short of these spending or duration criteria, we may apply a non-refundable booking fee of $25 USD per reservation, thoughtfully determined by us.
Our Travel Modern hotel booking service is impeccably suited for clients seeking to capitalize on our esteemed partnerships with participating hotels and resorts. It’s important to note that this service is purposefully designed to exclude research, hotel or price comparisons, and concierge-style reservations.
With our complimentary hotel bookings that meet the qualifying spending or duration standards, a single price adjustment or modification to the reservation is permitted, facilitating flexibility to align with your preferences. For any subsequent alterations or price adjustments, a non-refundable booking/service fee of $25 will be applicable.

Is The Peninsula Pen Club Rate More?
The rate for the Peninsula Pen Club should align with the flexible or standard rate. The advantages it offers can be combined with the benefits provided in other Peninsula Packages, although identical benefits cannot be duplicated. It’s important to note that PenClub promotions, such as complimentary night promotions, cannot be combined with other packages, including but not limited to Luxury in Advance rates, Peninsula Family Moments, Suite Experiences, and so forth.
