Miraval Arizona Resport and Spa

As 2020 came to a close, I gathered a group of mom friends to take time away from the daily demands of kids and work. We chose the Miraval Resort in Arizona. They had a fantastic package with airport transfer, all meals and classes, and spa credits. This was not a hard sell for this group of mamas, as we all needed a break from 2020! So we packed it up and flew out west to the desert’s warmer temps to gather and relax.

We took three nights to enjoy ourselves at Miraval, and we all agreed we could have used one more night to stay unplugged. We did fun activities such as zip-lining, hiking, yin yoga class, meditation, and water aerobics during our stay. Some even did a “making cocktails” class. The list goes on and on. They also offered classes related to stress management, metabolism, and more. And when it was time to relax, the most amazing facials and massages one can imagine! After the spa, we could relax by the pool with a margarita and enjoy the Arizona weather.

Then we would gather in the evening for dinner and drinks! The best part was reliving the day while enjoying delicious and healthy food options! It was very nice how our group of 6 would do our own thing during the day and come together for dinner; it made it such a relaxing trip. We even went to dinner in our bathrobes the last night. Now that’s what I call a vacation!

Up next….Miraval Austin! Who’s with me?
